Mark Elzweig has deep roots in executive recruitment.His father founded a New York City employment agency in 1947 where Mr. Elzweig first learned the basics of recruitment consulting. Julian Weinberg, senior recruiter, has been with the firm for more than a decade. He has a singular command of the money management world and the needs of both hiring authorities and candidates. Before joining Mark Elzweig Company, Mr. Weinberg ran his own recruiting firm and taught at St. John’s University.

Nancy Miller, director, client services, has been overseeing research and surveys for Mark Elzweig Company for the past 10 years. An award-winning journalist, Ms. Miller has covered Wall Street for a number of media, including USA Today and Knight-Ridder Financial News. She was the managing editor for Quick Nikkei News, a unit of Nikkei and Quick Corp. of Japan.
