EXPERIENCE
Only senior recruiters with a minimum of 15 years experience screen candidates. We do not hand off your search to junior people, to recent college graduates who could not possibly represent your firm with either the credibility or the authority needed to attract the highest quality candidates – that’s where it all begins. Further, because of our many years in the business, we have a unique candidate generating referral network that can’t be duplicated.
REACH
We are a boutique. We work with only a handful of clients, which means that we can seek qualified candidates at a much larger number of firms than national franchises.
EFFICIENCY
We may screen dozens of candidates or more for your search, but we will present you with only a short list of the top applicants to help streamline your time and decision-making process. We are good listeners. After presenting qualified candidates, we listen to your feedback, and tweak the search accordingly. Clients find our methods thorough, responsive, and quick.
